For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Financial Options

Dr. Rooney and her team want you to feel completely comfortable with all services at our Northeast Philadelphia family dentist office. As your neighborhood family dentist, we welcome questions about payments, insurance, and financing arrangements. Contact Teresa in our office to answer questions not covered below.

  • Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, VISA/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Call Teresa at our Northeast Philadelphia dentist office with payment questions.

  • Dental Insurance

Generally, we are a fee-for-service practice. However, we participate with Delta Dental of Pennsylvania, CIGNA and accept reimbursement for out-of-network claims. We also participate with Fidelio PPO and Aetna PPO insurances plans in addition to Delta Dental. Please contact Teresa at our Northeast Philadelphia dentist office with insurance questions.

  • Dental Financing

As a neighborhood family dentist, Dr. Rooney understands that the financing dental care is important to some of our patients. If you wish to learn about financing options, call Teresa at our Northeast Philadelphia family dentist office.



If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
